Within his first year Sandy hired Curtis Nicholson who quickly demonstrated his ability to build on the company’s foundation through strong client relationships. The business quickly doubled, and then doubled again through the commitment to communication, service and follow-up.
During the mid 90’s Western began documenting rooftops, first with a Polaroid instant camera, and more recently, with digital cameras. At first the goal was to document repairs in problematic roof areas where repeated leaks would occur. Quickly we realized thorough documentation of rooftops gave us an edge. We could support clients in warranty and insurance claims by demonstrating they have met or exceeded their warranty and insurance maintenance responsibility.
