This was an interesting project because the building is broad and open, which is easy to work on. The project was logistically complicated by the fact is was part of an internal refurb to the whole building. We coordinated work with internal construction, painting, plumbing, masonry and carpeting to time deliveries and production schedules so they could stay on track with their work. On big projects, if one team is behind schedule, you have other teams paid to stand around and wait, which increases cost on your construction. With this project we were able to get ahead and complete the full install ahead of schedule which kept the overall project moving.
